摘要
本文针对自然灾害突发后的应急救援工作,按照信息动态化、数据集成化、预报精准化、管控科学化和业务协同化的要求,基于混合存储架构与多源数据一体化集成技术,利用多源数据构建面向对象的自然灾害时空数据模型,设计并建成了以应急救援为主的防抗救一体化自然灾害应急救援综合平台,实现了指挥调度、决策支持等应用功能单元,完善了相关具体数据指标,最终成果成功应用于浙江省政府数字化转型项目。
In order to meet the requirements of dynamic information,data integration,accurate forecasting,scientific control and business collaboration for emergency rescue after natural disaster,this paper builds an object-oriented spatiotemporal data model for natural disasters based on hybrid storage architecture and integration technology of multi-source data,and an integrated platform for natural disaster emergency rescue is developed,which realizes functions of command and dispatch,decision support,and other applications,and improves the specific data indicators.The platform has been successfully applied to the digital transformation project of Zhejiang Province Government.
