对医疗机构特种设备的安全与节能管理的几点建议

Some Suggestions on Safety and Energy Saving Management of Special Equipment in Medical Institutions

医疗机构特种设备安全与节能管理水平,关系着医疗质量和医患生命安全。目前部分医院对特种设备的安全不够重视,严重制约了医院标准化和规范化管理的发展。本文着重分析了现阶段医院特种设备安全与节能管理普遍存在的问题,在规范制度建设、重视人才培养、加强全寿命周期管理、开展风险分析和事故预案四个方面提出了针对性的建议。

The safety and energy-saving management level of special equipment in medical institutions is related to medical quality and life safety.At present,some hospitals do not pay enough attention to the safety of special equipment,which seriously restricts the development of standardized management.This paper analyzes the common problems in the safety and energy saving management of hospital special equipment emphatically,and puts forward targeted suggestions in four aspects:standardized system construction,talent training,life cycle management,risk analysis and accident plan.
