摘要
按照ASTM G28-02标准方法A腐蚀方法,对N06600镍基合金原材料固溶热处理供货态、550℃热处理、620℃热处理、915℃热处理+空冷冷却、915℃热处理+风冷冷却等不同热处理的试样进行晶间腐蚀对比试验。晶间腐蚀率结果由低到高依次为:固溶热处理、915℃热处理+风冷、915℃热处理+空冷、550℃热处理、620℃热处理。对各热处理状态下的试样进行了显微组织试验,结果表明碳化物析出的数量越多,晶间腐蚀速率越高。
According to ASTM G28-02 standard Method A corrosion method,the intergranular corrosion tests of N06600 nickel-based alloy were conducted on the samples of raw material solution heat treatment supply,550℃heat treatment,620℃heat treatment,915℃heat treatment+air cooling,and 915℃heat treatment+wind cooling different heat treatment.The results of intergranular corrosion rate from low to high are as follows:solid solution heat treatment,915℃heat treatment+wind cooling,915℃heat treatment+air cooling,550℃heat treatment,620℃heat treatment.The microstructure of the specimens under different heat treatment conditions was tested,and the results showed that the more the amount of carbide precipitated phase,the faster the intergranular corrosion rate.
