百年来,中国共产党始终坚持将马克思主义民生思想与中国民生实践相结合,形成了以人民利益为根本立场、切实解决人民阶段性问题为基本遵循的系统化的民生观。中国共产党百年民生观的价值旨趣彰显在中国革命、建设、改革、复兴伟大历史进程的整个过程中。在这一过程中,中国共产党始终坚守人民立场,具体表现为:在民生救国实践中,全心全意为人民服务,保障人民基本权利;在民生富国实践中,为人民谋幸福,满足人民基本民生需求;在民生强国实践中,以人民为中心,满足人民高质量民生需求。中国共产党百年民生观的人民性、科学性和实践性,指引着我国民生实践不断取得辉煌成就,为实现2035年民生建设远景目标提供了理论指导和价值遵循。

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 1921,the CPC has always adhered to the principle—combination of Marxism ideology of people’s livelihood and the practice of the construction of people’s livelihood in China,and formed a systematic view on the livelihood of the people based on people’s interests and effectively solving people’s staged problems.In the past one hundred years,the characteristics of the CPC’s view on people’s livelihood have been manifested in people’s standpoint during the great historical course of the revolution,construction,reform and revival.They are specifically embodied in the following aspects:carrying out practical activities to serve the people from the perspective of the realization of people’s basic rights;sticking to the interests of the people above all else and guaranteeing that people’s basic living needs are met;always representing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people and meet the multi-dimensional needs of the people;committing to a people-centered approach and meeting people’s needs for high-quality life.The CPC’s view on the people’s livelihood has guided the practice of people’s livelihood in China to make brilliant achievements for its scientificity,practicality and affinity to the people,which provide basic theoretical guidance and value compliance for the longterm goal of people’s livelihood construction in 2035.
