高职院校辅导员自我效能感在工作要求-资源与职业倦怠间的调节效应 被引量:2

Moderating effect of self-efficacy on relationship between job demand-resources and job burnout of counselors in higher vocational colleges

摘要 目的了解高职院校辅导员工作要求-资源对工作倦怠的影响。方法2021年9—10月,采用角色负荷量表、情绪劳动量表、领导支持量表、职业发展机会量表、自我效能感量表、职业倦怠量表对陕西省和河南省两地11所429名高职院校辅导员进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果陕西省和河南省两地11所429名高职院校辅导员角色负荷量表得分为(30.66±7.93)分,情绪劳动量表得分为(32.98±7.10)分,领导支持量表得分为(9.60±3.62)分,职业发展机会量表得分为(9.33±3.92)分,自我效能感量表得分为(10.71±3.86)分,职业倦怠量表得分为(46.05±14.89)分。工作要求(角色量负荷、角色质负荷)与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.54、0.66,均P<0.01);工作要求中表层扮演与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.22,P<0.01),深层扮演与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.32,P<0.01);工作资源(领导支持、职业发展机会)与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.33、-0.52,均P<0.01)。高自我效能感组中,工作要求(表层扮演、深层扮演)得分均能够显著预测职业倦怠(B=0.63、-0.91,均P<0.01),工作资源(领导支持、职业发展机会)得分均能够显著预测职业倦怠(B=0.22、-0.57,均P<0.05);低自我效能感低分组中,工作要求(深层扮演)得分能够显著正向预测职业倦怠(B=0.35,P<0.01),工作资源(领导支持、职业发展机会)得分能够显著负向预测职业倦怠(B=-0.72、-0.77,均P<0.01)。结论陕西省和河南省两地11所高职院校辅导员工作要求-资源与职业倦怠存在密切关系,自我效能感在工作要求-资源与职业倦怠中起显著的调节作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of job demand-resources on job burnout of counselors in higher vocational colleges.Methods From September to October 2021,the role of load scale,emotional labor scale,leadership support scale,career development opportunity to scale,self-efficacy scale and job burnout scale were used to investigate 429 counselors from 11 higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province and Henan Province,and the data were analyzed.Results Among 429 counselors from 11 higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province and Henan Province,the score of ole of load scale,emotional labor scale,leadership support scale,career development opportunity to scale,self-efficacy scale and job burnout scale(30.66±7.93),(32.98±7.10),(9.60±3.62),(9.33±3.92),(10.71±3.86)and(46.05±14.89)points,respectively.The job requirements(role quantity load and role quality load)were positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.54,0.66,both P<0.01).The surface acting in job requirements was positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.22,P<0.01),while the deep acting was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.32,P<0.01).The job resources(leadership support and career development opportunities)were negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.33,-0.52,both P<0.01).In the group with high self-efficacy,the scores of job requirements(surface acting and deep acting)could significantly predict job burnout(B=0.63,-0.91,both P<0.01),and the scores of job resources(leadership support and career development opportunities)could significantly predict job burnout(B=0.22,-0.57,both P<0.05).In the group with low self-efficacy score,the score of job requirements(deep acting)could significantly positively predict job burnout(B=0.35,P<0.01),and the scores of job resources(leadership support and career development opportunities)could significantly negatively predict job burnout(B=-0.72,-0.77,both P<0.01).Conclusion There is a close relationship between job demand-resources and job burnout in counselors from 11 higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province and Henan Province,and selfefficacy plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between job demand-resources and job burnout.
