摘要
目的了解西安市5家综合性医院骨科护士工作场所远程压力、工作家庭冲突对职业倦怠的影响。方法采用方便抽样法,于2021年5—7月采用一般资料量表、工作场所远程压力量表、工作家庭冲突量表和职业倦怠量表对西安市5家综合性医院204名骨科护士进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果骨科护士工作场所远程压力得分为(24.38±5.11)分,工作家庭冲突得分为(59.26±17.48)分,职业倦怠得分为(64.17±13.34)分。不同年龄、文化程度、技术职称、骨科工作时间、婚姻状况、子女数量、个人月收入和每月轮值夜班数的骨科护士工作场所远程压力比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、技术职称、骨科工作时间、婚姻状况、子女数量和每月轮值夜班数的骨科护士工作家庭冲突比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、技术职称、骨科工作时间、子女数量、个人月收入和每月轮值夜班数的骨科护士职业倦怠比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。工作场所远程压力得分与职业倦及工作家庭冲突得分均呈正相关(r=0.582、0.484,均P<0.01),工作家庭冲突得分与职业倦得分呈正相关(r=0.615,P<0.01);工作场所远程压力和工作家庭冲突可联合解释骨科护士职业倦怠32.7%的变异。结论西安市5家综合性医院骨科护士工作场所远程压力和工作家庭冲突是职业倦怠重要的影响因素,降低工作场所远程压力和工作家庭冲突有利于降低其职业倦怠水平。
Objective To explore the effects of workplace remote stress and work-family conflict on job burnout of orthopaedic nurses of five general hospitals in Xi'an City.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,204 orthopedic nurses from five general hospitals in Xi’an City were selected as the research objects from May to July 2021.The general data scale,workplace remote stress scale,work family conflict scale and job burnout scale were used for investigation and analysis,and the data were analyzed.Results The scores of orthopaedic nurses’workplace remote stress,work-family conflict and job burnout were(24.38±5.11),(59.26±17.48)and(64.17±13.34)points,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the workplace remote stress among orthopaedic nurses of different age,educational level,technical title,orthopaedic working hours,marital status,number of children,personal monthly income and monthly night shifts(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the work-family conflict among orthopaedic nurses of different age,technical title,orthopaedic working hours,marital status,number of children and monthly night shifts(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the job burnout among orthopaedic nurses of different age,technical title,orthopaedic working hours,number of children,personal monthly income and monthly night shifts(all P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between workplace remote stress score and job burnout score(r=0.582,P<0.01),a positive correlation between work-family conflict score and job burnoutscore(r=0.615,P<0.01),and a positive correlation between workplace remote stress score and work-family conflict score(r=0.484,P<0.01).The workplace remote stress and work-family conflict jointly explained 32.7%of the variation of job burnout of orthopaedic nurses.Conclusion The workplace remote stress and work-family conflict are important influencing factors of job burnout among orthopaedic nurses of five general hospitals in Xi’an City,and reducing workplace remote stre ss and work-family conflict is conducive to reducing their job burnout level.
