心理授权与抗逆力在四川省15所三级医院肾内科医务人员领悟社会支持与职业生涯成功中的链式中介作用

Chain mediating effect of psychological empowerment and resilience between perceived social support and career success among medical personnel in nephrology department of 15 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province

目的探讨四川省肾内科医务人员心理授权、抗逆力、领悟社会支持和职业生涯成功现状及其关系。方法2021年8—11月,采用方便抽样方法,抽取四川省15所三级医院756名肾内科医务人员为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、心理授权量表、抗逆力量表、领悟社会支持量表及职业生涯成功量表进行问卷调查,采用AMOS 24.0统计软件分析心理授权、抗逆力在领悟社会支持与职业生涯成功中的链式中介作用。结果四川省15所三级医院肾内科医务人员领悟社会支持得分为(49.91±12.21)分,心理授权得分为(34.89±7.62)分,抗逆力得分为(62.80±10.50)分,职业生涯成功得分为(40.52±6.45)分。Pearson相关性分析显示,肾内科医务人员领悟社会支持、心理授权、抗逆力及职业生涯成功均呈正相关关系(均P<0.05)。中介效应分析显示,心理授权在领悟社会支持与职业生涯成功间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.354,占总效应的26.1%;抗逆力在领悟社会支持与职业生涯成功间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.321,占总效应的23.7%;心理授权与抗逆力在领悟社会支持与职业生涯成功间起链式中介作用,中介效应为0.233,占总效应的17.2%。结论四川省肾内科医务人员领悟社会支持可以分别通过心理授权、抗逆力的中介作用及心理授权、抗逆力的链式中介作用间接影响血液透析护士的职业生涯成功水平。

Objective To explore the status and relationship between psychological empowerment,resilience,perceived social support and career success among medical personnel in nephrology department of Sichuan Province.Methods From August to November 2021,756 medical workers in nephrology department from 15 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan province were selected by convenient sampling method.The general information questionnaire,psychological empowerment scale,resilience scale,perceived social support scale and career success scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.The AMOS 24.0 statistical software was used to analyze the chain mediating effects of psychological empowerment and resilience on perceived social support and career success.Results The scores of perceived social support,psychological empowerment,resilienceand career success among medical staff in renal department in 15 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were(49.91±12.21),(34.89±7.62),(62.80±10.50)and(40.52±6.45)points,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the perceived social support,psychological empowerment,resilienceand career success among medical staff in renal department were positively correlated(all P<0.05).The mediating effect analysis showed that psychological empowerment played a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived social support and career success,and the mediating effect was 0.354,accounting for 26.1%of the total effect.The resilience played a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived social support and career success,and the mediating effect was 0.321,accounting for 23.7%of the total effect.The psychological empowerment and resilience played a chain mediating role between perceived social support and career success,with a mediating effect of 0.233,accounting for 17.2%of the total effect.Conclusion The perceived social support of medical staff in renal department in Sichuan Province could indirectly affect the career success of hemodialysis nurses through the mediating effect of psychological empowerment and resilience and the chain mediating effect of psychological empowerment and resilience,respectively.
