摘要
随着肿瘤发病率、死亡率的日益增加,肿瘤科护士作为护理病情危重、情绪低落和具有生命威胁的肿瘤患者的一类特殊群体,长期的不良情绪和压力体验,导致肿瘤科护士情感、态度和行为出现疲劳和衰竭的一种状态,不仅会危害护士的身心健康、影响护士工作积极性、降低护士对于自我的认同和对自己工作的肯定,也不利于护理人才的稳定。肿瘤科护士职业获益感作为一种正向的职业情感对促进肿瘤护理职业发展有重要意义。为了解肿瘤科护士职业获益感的现状与干预进展,我们综述了肿瘤科护士职业获益感的概念、现状、影响因素及其干预措施,为增高肿瘤科护士留职率,减少护理缺失,维护肿瘤护理队伍稳定及促进肿瘤护理持续发展提供参考。
With the increasing incidence and mortality of tumors,oncology nurses,as a special group caring for critically ill,depressed and life-threatening tumor patients,experience long-term negative emotions and stress.A state of fatigue and exhaustion in emotions,attitudes and behaviors will not only endanger the physical and mental health of nurses,affect nurses'enthusiasm for work,reduce nurses'self-identity and affirmation of their own work,but also be unfavorable to the stability of nursing talents.As a positive professional emotion,the professional benefit is of great significance to promote the career development of oncology nursing.In order to investigate the progress on status quo and intervention of occupational benefit of nurses in oncology department,we review the concept,current situation,influencing factors and intervention measures about the professional benefit of oncology nurses,to provide reference for increasing the retention rate of nurses in oncology department,reducing the lack of nursing care,maintaining the stability of oncology nursing team and promoting the sustainable development of oncology care.
