摘要
护士作为灾害卫生应急救援中人数最多的群体,其灾害护理能力对有效降低和消除灾害事件对人的生命和健康所造成的危害具有重大影响。我们通过对近年来发表的我国护士灾害护理能力相关文献的综合分析,对国内护士灾害护理能力现状及其影响因素进行综述,并就护士灾害护理能力指标体系和护士入职后灾害护理教育培训体系建设提出对策与建议,为护士灾害护理能力提升提供参考。
As the largest group in disaster health emergency rescue,the nurses’ disaster nursing ability has a significant impact on effectively reducing and eliminating the harm to human life and health caused by disaster events. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the literature related to nurses’ disaster nursing ability in China published in recent years,we summarize the current situation and influencing factors of nurses’ disaster nursing ability in China,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the establishment of nurses’ disaster nursing ability index system and nurses’ post-service disaster nursing education and training system,in order to provide reference for the improvement of nurses’ disaster nursing ability.
