日语专业学习者动机重建的实证研究

Factors Influencing the Motivation Reconstruct of Japanese Language Major Students in China

摘要 随着第二语言习得领域中学习动机研究的日益深入,动机重建研究也逐渐受到关注。本研究旨在围绕我国日语专业学习者动机重建开展相关研究,包括三点内容:(1)动机减退后经历动机重建的比例,专业调剂与否和动机重建间、第一志愿与否和动机重建间是否存在统计学差异;(2)动机重建的影响因子及因子间的相关;(3)影响因子中,主观调控因子和非主观调控因子的比例及两者是否存在统计学差异。通过对284名日语专业学习者进行问卷调查,发现当学习者出现动机减退后,动机重建的比例为90.09%,专业调剂与否、第一志愿与否和动机重建间均未呈现显著差异。5个动机重建因子分别为寻求修正自我认知、课堂外自我调整、外在激励和环境变化、外在压力和挫折以及学习技能及成果的提升。上述影响因子中,非主观调控因子所占比重高达61.9%,主观调控因子仅占38.1%,且两者在p<0.001的显著水平下呈现差异。因此,在帮助学习者进行动机重建时,应综合考虑主观和非主观调控因素两个方面。 As the research on learning motivation in the field of second language acquisition develops, motivation reconstruct has attracted more and more attention. The purpose of this study is to examine the motivation reconstruct of Japanese major learners in China, including three components:(1) the proportion of Chinese Japanese major learners who have conducted motivation reconstruct, and whether significant differences exist among adjustment of majors, students’ first choice of major and motivation reconstruct;(2) the factors influencing motivation reconstruct and the correlations among the factors;(3) the proportions of intentional and unintentional factors among these factors, and whether there is any statistical significance between these two factors. This study collected data from 284 Japanese major students through a questionnaire. Results showed that 90.09% of the students experienced motivation reconstruct after demotivation. Five factors that were found to affect the motivation reconstruct of Japanese major students are "attempt to modify self-cognition", "out-of-class selfadjustment", "extrinsic motivation and environmental change", "extrinsic pressure and frustration", and "improved learning skills and results". Among the factors above, unintentional factors accounted for a higher proportion 61.9%, while intentional factors accounted for 38.1%, and these two factors are statistically highly significant at p <.001. Hence, both intentional and unintentional factors should be taken into consideration to help learners to reconstruct their motivation.
