耐受性树突状细胞与哮喘治疗的研究进展

Research progress of tolerogenic dendritic cells and asthma therapy

树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)是最重要的专职抗原呈递细胞,在哮喘的发生、发展和疾病进程中具有十分重要的作用。DCs是一群异质性细胞,其中耐受性DCs(tolerogenic DCs,tolDCs)可以介导免疫耐受。因此,诱导形成肺tolDCs可能成为哮喘治疗方法之一。文章概述了DCs及tolDCs的表型和功能,探讨tolDCs与哮喘治疗的关系,以期为哮喘治疗提供新思路。

Dendritic cells(DCs)are the most important professional antigen presenting cells,which play an important role in the occurrence,development and persistence of asthma.DCs are a group of heterogeneous cells,in which tolerogenic DCs(tolDCs)can mediate immune tolerance.Therefore,induction of lung tolDCs may be one of the treatment methods for asthma.This review summarizes the phenotype and function of DCS and tolDCs,and discusses the relationship between tolDCs and asthma treatment,in order to provide new ideas for asthma treatment.
