摘要
类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)作为传统的炎性、进展性的关节病,其发病机制复杂且病因未知。近年来,DNA甲基化作为经典的表观遗传学修饰被证明通过调节不同细胞类型的表观遗传学行为来介导RA的发生,文章介绍了RA的发病机理并详细阐述了RA中DNA甲基化模式的改变。
As a traditional inflammatory and progressive arthropathy,rheumatoid arthritis(RA)has complex pathogenesis and unknown etiology.In recent years,DNA methylation,as a classical epigenetic modification,has been shown to mediate the occurrence of RA by regulating the epigenetic behavior of different cell types.This review introduces the pathogenesis of RA and elaborates on the changes of DNA methylation patterns in RA.
