The quality of soft tissue adhesion is crucial for the short and long-term success of implant restorations, and the optimized modification of titanium surfaces can significantly improve the soft tissue compatibility of the material. In recent years, the introduction of the biomimetic concept into the optimal design of titanium surfaces has become the research focus. This paper reviewed the progress of researches on biomimetic modification of titanium surfaces to promote the sealing of soft tissue and summarized the preparation and evaluation of currently used biomimetic surfaces,in order to provide a reference for scholars in the field of implantology.
