基于模糊集定性比较分析方法的区域创新能力提高模式

Research on the Mode of Improving Regional Innovation Ability Based on QCA Method

目前我国各地区创新能力稳步提升的同时,也存在创新发展不平衡的现象。基于此,对全国31个省级地区的官方面板数据进行分析,从创新主体、市场环境和政府支持三个维度入手,通过对R&D人力投入规模、创新主体、创新产出、区域市场规模、区域开放性水平、区域消费水平和政府投入规模七个影响区域创新能力提升的重要因素的研究,运用模糊集定性比较方法,探究出提高区域创新能力的条件组态。结果发现存在政府投入型、市场开放型、政府投入与市场开放双轮驱动型三种模式。三种模式对各地提升区域创新能力具有一定参考价值,可根据自身情况选择合适的路径。

At present,while the innovation ability of different regions in China has been steadily improved,there is an imbalance in the development of innovation.Based on this,the official panel data of 31 provinciallevel regions in the country are analyzed,starting from the three dimensions of innovation subject,market environment and government support,through the scale of R&D human input,innovation subject,innovation output,regional market size,and regional opening.The seven important factors that affect the improvement of regional innovation ability are analyzed by way of the qualitative comparison method of fuzzy sets to explore the conditional configuration for improving the ability of regional innovation.The results show that there are three modes of government investment,market opening,and two-wheel drive of government investment and market opening.Therefore,the three modes have a certain reference value for improving regional innovation capabilities in various regions,and appropriate paths can be selected according to their own conditions.
