基于塔线体系的风荷载作用下输电铁塔薄弱杆件分析 被引量:4

摘要 大风作用下输电铁塔杆件会发生变形和失效,导致其结构承载力下降,准确识别铁塔结构中薄弱杆件具有重要的工程意义。为了精准定位风荷载作用下输电塔中的薄弱杆件位置,提出了一种基于修正系数的薄弱杆件识别判定方法。利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了塔线体系的三维精细化模型,考虑塔线系统之间的力学耦合特性,通过施加不同工况的风荷载,对输电铁塔进行有限元力学分析。结果表明:输电铁塔的薄弱杆件是位于塔身和塔腿的部分单元;风荷载为30 m/s,90°时,位于塔身主材部分的薄弱杆件已经超过钢材的承载极限值。针对塔材薄弱杆件位置特点,提出了对铁塔结构局部加固设计的措施,同时验证了加固措施的有效性,为大风作用下输电铁塔的稳定运行提供了一定的理论指导。 The deformation and failure of the transmission tower will lead to the decline of its structural bearing capacity.It is of great engineering significance to accurately identify the weak member of the tower structure.To accurately locate the weak member position of transmission tower structure under wind load,a method of identification and judgment of weak member based on correction coefficient was proposed.A three-dimensional fine model of tower line system was established by using ANSYS finite element software,and finite element mechanical analysis of transmission tower was carried out by applying different wind loads.The results show that the weak elements of the transmission tower are part of the tower body and tower leg.Wind load of 30 m/s,90°,located in the tower part of the main material has exceeded the steel bearing limit.In view of this distribution characteristics,we put forward some measures to strengthen the tower,and the effectiveness is verified,which provides theoretical guidance for the stable operation of the transmission tower under the strong wind.
