中共十九届五中全会闭幕后召开的首场中共中央新闻发布会,标志着中共中央新闻发布制度的正式建立。该制度内在包含着中国共产党作为新闻发布主体的行为转向和在场自觉双重意蕴。建立中共中央新闻发布制度,中国共产党实现了从总体到具体、从他塑到自塑、从经验到制度的行为转向;该制度也彰显了中国共产党信息发布、权威解读,统一意志、凝聚力量,议程设置、引导舆论的在场自觉,进一步提高了中国共产党的国际影响力、人民感召力和形象塑造力。

The first CPC Central Committee press conference after the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee was held,marking the official establishment of the press release system of CPC Central Committee.The system contains the double implication of the behavior of the Communist Party of China as the subject of news release and the presence consciousness.By establishing the press release system of the CPC Central Committee,the CPC has realized the behavioral shift from general to specific,from other-shaping to self-shaping and from experience to system.The system also shows the CPC’s information release,authority interpretation,unity of will and strength,agenda setting,and guidance of public opinion,which further improves the CPC’s international influence,people’s appeal and image building power.
