摘要
从“一带一路”的视域来看,如果说文化的深化工作需以经典诠释的方法来展开,则可说文化的转化任务需以文化产品、文化资源的形式来落实。就前者而言,王符《潜夫论》所阐述的“遂道术而崇德义”“邪不伐正”“富民”“正学”之政治哲学,所蕴含的“以儒为体,以法为用”之文化哲学,所显现的厚重、深沉的精神气质,所展露的耿直、畅快的思想性格,或将成为我们深化陇东文化的重要契机,对于我们把握陇东文化的精神轮廓无疑大有助益。就后者而言,抓住“一带一路”的发展机遇、用好“丝绸之路文化产业带”的黄金通道、实现陇东文化充分转化的关键在于,加强对农耕文化、岐黄文化、民俗文化等传统文化资源的挖掘,例如充分发挥道情皮影的文化传播功能,将陇东文化的思想内容以现代性的手段和方式呈现出来,以求持续输出精良、精妙、精细的文化产品,推行以点带面、由线到片的文化产业发展模式。
From the perspective of the“the Belt and Road”,if we say that the deepening of culture needs to be carried out in the way of classic interpretation,then we can say that the task of cultural transformation needs to be implemented in the form of cultural products and cultural resources.In terms of the former,the political philosophy of“tunneling and upholding morality and justice”,“evil does not destroy justice”,“enriching the people”and“orthodoxy”,which is described in Wang Fu’s Qian Fu Lun,is implemented in the form of cultural resources Cheerful thinking and personality may become an important opportunity for us to deepen the culture of Longdong.It is undoubtedly helpful for us to grasp the spiritual outline of Longdong culture.For the latter,the key to fully transform the culture of Longdong lies in strengthening the agricultural culture,Qihuang culture The excavation of traditional cultural resources such as folk culture,for example,to give full play to the cultural transmission function of Daoqing Shadow Play,to present the ideological content of Longdong culture in a modern way,so as to continuously output excellent,exquisite and fine cultural products,to promote the cultural industry development model of“point to area,line to piece”.
