In recent years,with the continuous change of raw materials for alcohol production,the rectification unit of the existing alcohol production device has problems such as blocking and insufficient use of thermal energy,and can no longer meet the demand.This paper introduces the current situation of rectification process and thermal coupling of alcohol production,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the rectification system,and discusses the rectification process with diversified raw materials and low energy consumption,so as to provide reference for alcohol production enterprises.
