白酒生产中快速检测技术的研究进展

摘要 随着白酒行业的高速发展,白酒生产过程动态监测是保障行业高质量发展和智能化转型的重要环节,但传统检测过程存在严重的滞后性,无法适应新时代产业对生产工艺的优化控制及过程管理要求,寻求高效和便捷的检测方法十分迫切。文章综述了目前白酒生产过程中快速检测技术的基本原理与特点,从原辅料检验、生产过程控制和成品检验等多个过程介绍其应用情况,旨在为白酒企业生产效率提高和产品质量稳定提供帮助,为白酒产业向智能制造迈进提供支持。 With the rapid development of Baijiu industry,the dynamic monitoring of Baijiu production process has become an important link to ensure the high-quality development and intelligent transformation of the industry.However,the traditional detection technologies have serious lag and cannot adapt to the optimal control and process management of the production process in the new era.Therefore,it is very urgent to find efficient and convenient detection methods.In this paper,the basic principles and characteristics of rapid detection technologies in Baijiu production process are summarized,and their application status are introduced from the aspects of raw material detection,production process control,and finished product inspection.This paper can help Baijiu enterprises to improve production efficiency and stabilize product quality,and can provide support for Baijiu industry to move toward intelligent manufacturing.
