高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法测定蒸馏酒中14种甜味剂的研究 被引量:2

摘要 建立了检测蒸馏酒中14种甜味剂的高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)方法,样品经去离子水稀释,0.22μm孔径的滤膜过滤后进HPLC-MS/MS分析,采用C18色谱柱分离,串联四级杆质谱多反应离子监测方式检测,外标法定量。结果表明,14种甜味剂在各自的线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均不低于0.9992,14种甜味剂检出限为0.06~50.12μg/L,定量限为0.21~166.90μg/L,低、中、高3个加标水平的回收率为86.1%~119.0%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~8.5%。本方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高、稳定性好、结果准确的优点,适用于蒸馏酒中多种甜味剂的定性和定量检测。 A method for the determination of 14 sweeteners in distilled spirits by HPLC-MS/MS was established.Samples were diluted with deionized water and filtered through 0.22μm microporous membrane before analysis.Samples were separated by C18chromatographic column,detected by tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry multi-reactive ion monitoring,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the 14 sweeteners had good linear relationship within their respective linear ranges,the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.9992,the limits of detection were between 0.06μg/L and 50.12μg/L,the limits of quantitation were between 0.21μg/L and 166.90μg/L,the spiked recoveries were in the range of 86.1%to 119.0%,and the relative standard deviations were between 2.1%and 8.5%.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high sensitivity,good stability and accurate results.It is suitable for the quantitative determination of various sweeteners in distilled spirits.
