混合式教学条件下师范生反思性思维培养策略探赜

摘要 杜威反思性思维及冯友兰、唐君毅对其思想的诠释和发展,对于师范生的发展具有重要影响。基于师范生反思性思维培养需要而开展的混合式教学,能够帮助教师解决课堂教学中的浅思维甚至是无思维问题,从而提高课堂教学质量,提升人才培养品质。混合式教学条件下师范生反思性思维的培养,有助于增强师范生学习的主体意识,强化其学习责任感;增进师范生深度学习能力,提高其内容理解程度;增强师范生问题探究能力,提升其问题解决能力。通过混合式教学培养师范生反思性思维时,教师可以从师范生职前教育所必需的本体性知识、条件性知识和实践性知识入手,通过将情境、问题、探究与师范生的知识、经验、实践相融合,帮助他们融通教育理论与教育实践,从而发展他们的反思性思维能力。 Dewey′s reflective thinking and the interpretation and development of Feng Youlan and Tang Junyi′s thoughts have an important effect on the development of normal students.Blended teaching based on the needs to cultivate normal students′reflective thinking can help teachers to solve the problems of superficial thinking and even non-thinking in classroom teaching,to improve the quality of classroom teaching and to improve the quality of student development.The cultivation of reflective thinking of normal students from the condition of blended teaching can help them to strengthen the sense of ownership and the sense of learning responsibility;to enhance the ability of deep learning and improve the understanding of content;to enhance the ability of problem exploration and problem solving.In order to cultivate the reflective thinking of normal students through blended teaching,teachers can do with the ontological knowledge,conditional knowledge and practical knowledge necessary for the pre-service education of normal students.On the basis of the above conditions,teachers can combine the situation,problems,exploration and the knowledge,experience,practices to promote the integration of educational theory and educational practice,thereby to develop the reflective thinking ability of normal students.
