摘要
粘接工艺在小型精密零件连接方面由于具有结构简单紧凑、可以连接异种材料、连接可靠等特点而被广泛应用。粘接质量显著影响产品的可靠性,而粘接夹具是保证粘接结构质量的重要因素。针对一种薄片型精密零件的粘接过程,优化改进了现有夹具,并进行了应用验证。首先介绍了现有夹具的工作原理,然后分析了该夹具的优缺点,在此基础上,提出了一种新的夹具结构,分析了新夹具的优点,应用验证表明,该夹具可以有效提升粘接效率和粘接一致性,保证粘接后产品质量,可为类似的粘接夹具设计提供借鉴。
Adhesion process was widely used for the connection of small precision parts due to many good properties such as compact structure for adhering small and precise parts, ability to connect heterogeneous material, good reliability. The reliability of the product was heavily affected by adhesion quality, and adhesion jig was an important fact that guaranteed the quality of adhesion structure. Aimed at the precise adhesion process of a small and thin part, the existing jig was optimized and was conducted practical applications. First the working principle of existing jig was described, then its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Based on that, a new jig structure was proposed, and new jig advantages were analyzed. The application verification showed that the new jig could improve the adhesion efficiency and consistency, so as to guarantee the products quality. It provided reference for the design of similar adhesion jigs.
