摘要
为解决路基工程现有技术存在“点控制”与“事后控制”的问题,提高路基施工过程质量的控制水平。采用智能压实控制技术进行路基压实施工,在依托工程路基施工段开展现场试验研究,实时采集施工过程中产生的过程数据,并以SVM算法理论为基础,建立路基智能施工评价模型。研究结果表明:通过评价模型可对智能压实系统采集到的过程数据、道路线性数据以及振动测值数据进行训练学习,模型计算结果与路基技术状况指数SCI评价结果高度一致,证明了评价模型的可靠性。
In order to solve the problem of"point control"and"post-facto control"in the existing technology of road base construction,and improve the quality control level of road base construction process,this paper adopts intelligent compaction control technology for roadbed compaction construction.Field test research is carried out in the roadbed construction section of the relying project to collect the process data generated during the construction process in real time and establish the intelligent construction evaluation model of roadbed based on the theory of SVM algorithm.The research results show that the process data,road linear data and vibration measurement data collected by the intelligent compaction system can be trained and learned by the evaluation model.The calculation results of the model are highly consistent with the evaluation results of roadbed technical condition index SCI,which proves the reliability of the evaluation model.
