摘要 针对SPA-H钢种磷含量要求高的特点进行了保磷理论分析,并开展试验,确定影响钢水磷含量各主要参数最佳平均值为:终点钢水温度1681℃,渣重量7.38 t,氧含量0.0382%,终渣碱度1.68。实践表明,SPA-H钢磷含量合格率100%,平均为0.0773%,完全满足生产要求。 According to the characteristic of high content of phosphorus asked for making molten steel SPA-H,the theoretical analysis on the phosphorus-preserving technology was carried out and then experimental investigations were done.Based on the investigations the optimum average values concerning the main parameters effecting the content of phosphorus in molten steel were determined,namely the temperature of molten steel at the end point was 1681℃,the slag volume was 7.38 tons,the content of oxygen was 0.0382%and the alkalinity of final slag was 1.68.So the practice results showed that the qualified rate of phosphorus content was 100%,for the average phosphorus content was 0.0773%,which could compeletly meet the requirements asked by molten steel SPA-H.
