中薄板坯角部纵向边裂的原因与措施 被引量:1

摘要 分析了中薄板坯角部纵向边裂的影响因素,采取优化结晶器振动台控制系统和同步精度,优化结晶器锥度,提高结晶器整备精度,适当减小结晶器冷却水量,提高扇形段辊缝和接弧精度标准等措施后,中薄板坯角部纵向边裂发生率由3.5%降至1.0%,保证了中薄板坯产品的质量。 After analyzing the causes leading to the longitudinal edge cracks at the corner of medium and thin slabs,such measures as optimizing the control system and synchronization accuracy of the crystallizer vibration table,optimizing the crystallizer taper,improving the stood-by accuracy of the crystallizer,appropriately reducing the cooling water volume for crystallizer,and improving the standards for roll gaps and arc connection accuracy in terms of the sector segment were taken,the occurrence rate of longitudinal edge cracks was decreased to 1.0%from 3.5%,which ensured the quality of medium and thin slabs.
