新型压迫绑带在血液透析治疗终末期肾病患者动静脉内瘘止血中的应用效果

Application Effect of Novel Compression Bandage in Hemostasis of Arteriovenous Fistula in Patients with End-stage Renal Disease Treated by Hemodialysis

目的探讨新型压迫绑带在血液透析治疗终末期肾病患者动静脉内瘘止血中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2—12月医院收治的342例行血液透析治疗的终末期肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组171例。对照组采用传统弹性绑带止血,观察组采用新型压迫绑带止血,比较两组止血时间、出血量、止血时的疼痛程度和舒适度、并发症发生率及满意度。结果观察组的止血时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,止血时视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,止血时舒适度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型压迫绑带用于血液透析治疗终末期肾病患者动静脉内瘘止血中,可有效缩短止血时间,减少出血量,降低止血时的疼痛程度,提高患者的舒适度和满意度,且并发症发生率较低。

Objective The application effect of new compression bandage in hemostasis of arteriovenous fistula in patients with end-stage renal disease treated by hemodialysis was investigated.Methods With the seclection of 342 patients with end-stage renal disease treated by hemodialysis in the hospital from February to December 2021 as the research objects,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 171 cases in each group.The traditional elastic bandage was used in the control group,and the new compression bandage was used in the observation group.The time of hemostasis,the amount of bleeding,the degree of pain and comfort,the incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had shorter hemostasis time,less bleeding,lower VAS score during hemostasis,and higher comfort score,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The new compression bandage was applied to hemostasis of arteriovenous fistula in patients with end-stage renal disease treated by hemodialysis,which can effectively shorten the hemostasis time,decrease the amount of bleeding,reduce the degree of pain during hemostasis,and improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,with lower complication rate.
