摘要
社保档案信息化管理是促进社会保障事业科学发展、促进电子政务的健康发展、提高社保档案综合利用效率的必然选择。本文探讨了社保档案信息化管理的重要内容:一是档案数据的收集、整理和归档;二是档案数据的存储、维护和传递;三是档案管理的安全技术和体制保障建设。最后从社保档案数字化程度提升、信息管理系统标准化建立、社保档案数据挖掘、组织管理人员培训等方面对社保档案信息化管理提出建议。
Informatization management of social security archives is an inevitable choice to promote the scientific development of social security undertaking,enhance the healthy development of e-government,and improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of social security archives.This paper discusses the important contents of the informatization management of social security archives:First,the collection,sorting and archiving of archives data;Second,the storage,maintenance and transmission of archives data;Third,the construction of security technology and system guarantee of archives management.Finally,it puts forward suggestions on the informatization management of social security archives from the aspects of improving the standardization of information management system,data mining of social security archives,professional organization of management personnel training,etc.
