摘要
博物馆的文创产品开发做得风生水起,但在档案工作领域,此类活动尚为新业务,面临机构性质的束缚、管理体制的限定、政策法规的缺位和自身资源的掣肘。与其临渊羡鱼,不如退而结网。档案部门要推动机制创新、呼吁制度供给,鼓励跨界融合、创新开发模式,更新思想观念、加强队伍建设,秉承典守文化之心、服务社会之责,让档案文化依托文创产品从馆舍天地走向大千世界。
Compared with the thriving cultural and creative product development in museums,this kind of activities just begin in the archival field,restricted by public institution identity,archives management system,policies and regulations and archives resources.It’s better to go back and make a net than to stand by the pond and long for fish.The archives department should promote mechanism innovation and appeal for system provision,encourage cross-border integration and innovate development mode,renew ideas and strengthen talent construction,adhere to culture preservation and society serving responsibilities,leading archives culture to a bigger world with archival cultural and creative products.
