区块链视域下高校图书馆智库服务动力发展机制研究

Research on the Dynamic Development Mechanism of University Library Think Tank Service from the Perspective of Block Chain

本文基于区块链与高校图书馆智库服务的耦合机理,形成以整合基础要素、实施服务手段、输出项目成果为内容的服务流程,提出区块链视域下高校图书馆智库服务在体系化管理、信息化共享、精准化服务、协同化参与、公平化激励等层面的动力发展机制以及发展策略,为我国智慧创造和顶层设计贡献力量。

Based on the coupling mechanism of block chain and the think tank service of university library,the paper shapes the service process with integrating basic elements,implementing service means,outputting project achievement as the content,and puts forward the dynamic development mechanism as well as the improvement strategy of the think tank service of university library under the block chain background in terms of systematic management,information sharing,precise service,collaborative participation,fair incentive,etc.,which will contribute to China’s smart creation and top-level design.
