本文探索了区块链技术在社保档案信息服务模式中的应用特征,提出将区块链思维应用于社保档案信息服务模式创新的可行性结论,并进一步构建了区块链思维下社保档案信息服务模式的创新策略,即运用共识性思维,成立社保档案信息服务者联盟;运用合约性思维,创新档案信息资源的自动化服务;运用加密思维,确保社保档案资源传输的安全性。

This paper explores the application characteristics of block chain technology in the social security archives information service mode,proposes the feasibility conclusion of applying block chain thinking to the innovation of social security archives information service mode,and further constructs the innovation strategies of social security archives information service mode under the block chain thinking,that is,using consensus thinking to establish a social security archives information service alliance,using contractual thinking to innovate the automatic service of archives information resources,and using encryption thinking to ensure the security of social security archives resources transmission.
