摘要
新冠肺炎疫情,对高校图书馆的管理水平与业务能力均提出了挑战。文章主要从应急管理的角度入手,对高校图书馆的信息化服务水平展开剖析,并总结了在应急管理视角下的高校图书馆信息化服务对策,以期在后疫情时代或是在今后应对大型公共突发事件时,高校图书馆可以从容应对,并不断完善应急管理体系与业务管理机制,从而更优、更好地提升信息化服务效能。
The COVID-19 epidemic has brought challenges to the management level and business ability of university libraries.From the perspective of emergency management,the paper analyzes the informatization service level of university libraries,and summarizes the countermeasures of university library informatization service from the perspective of emergency management,in hope that in the post-epidemic period or in response to large-scale public emergencies in the future,university libraries can respond calmly and continuously improve the emergency management system and business management mechanism,so as to better enhance the efficiency of informatization services.
