基于CiteSpace分析我国儿童药物不良反应的研究热点与趋势 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对儿童药物不良反应的研究热点与趋势进行分析,了解我国儿童药物不良反应的研究现状。方法文章基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库,应用CiteSpace软件对1982年1月到2021年10月的文献进行文献计量学和可视化分析。结果在CNKI数据库中共检索到831篇文献,其中2013年发文量最大,发文最多的作者是复旦大学附属儿科医院的李智平教授,发文量最多的杂志是儿科药学杂志,发文量最多的单位是首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院,研究热点为合理用药、抗菌药物、儿童患者、阿奇霉素、文献分析、疗效和癫痫等。结论近30年来儿童药物不良反应的研究平稳发展,研究主要集中在合理用药、抗菌药物、抗癫痫药物、药物临床试验等热点问题领域,为国内儿童药物不良反应的进一步研究提供了思路。 Objective To understand the research status of adverse drug reactions in children in China by analyzing the research hotspots and trends of adverse drug reactions in children.Methods Based on the CNKI database,the article was used CiteSpace software to conduct bibliometric and visual analysis of the literature from January 1982 to October 2021.Results A total of 831 articles were retrieved in the CNKI database.Among them,the largest number of articles was published in 2013.The author who published the most articles was Professor Li Zhiping from the Pediatric Hospital of Fudan University.The magazine with the most articles was the Journal of Pediatric Pharmacy.The hospital with the most publications was Beijing Children's Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University.Research hotspots included rational drug use,antibiotics,pediatric patients,azithromycin,literature analysis,efficacy and epilepsy.Conclusion In the past 30 years,the research on children's adverse drug reactions has been developing steadily.The research focuses on hot issues such as rational drug use,antibacterial drugs,anti-epileptic drugs,and drug clinical trials.This article provides ideas for further research on children's adverse drug reactions in China.
