摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)是一种临床常见的急危重病症,由于没有特定的治疗方法从而成为世界卫生组织面临的严峻挑战。研究表明ALI的重要发生机制是炎症反应机制,调节炎症在ALI的预防和治疗中起着重要的作用。消退素D1(RvD1)作为一种特殊的炎症介质,可抑制炎症因子的表达,促进抗氧化蛋白的产生。本文以RvD1对ALI的研究现状作一综述。系列研究显示RvD1可以通过抑制炎症细胞浸润,抑制炎症因子分泌,通过保护肺泡-毛细血管膜的完整性,增强肺泡液清除率减轻肺水肿,抑制NOD样受体蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体通路过度激活以及通过影响细胞自噬减轻ALI的炎症反应。RvD1可以通过多种途径促进炎症细胞凋亡和促进巨噬细胞吞噬凋亡的炎症细胞来促进炎症的消退,减缓ALI。 Acute lung injury(ALI)is a common clinical acute disease,and it has become a serious challenge to the World Health Organization,which is lack of specific treatment methods.Studies have shown that the important mechanism of ALI is the inflammatory response mechanism,and regulation of inflammation plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of ALI.Resolving D1(RvD1),as a special inflammatory mediator,can inhibit the expression of inflammatory cytokines and promote the production of antioxidant proteins.This article reviewed the research status of RvD1 on acute lung injury.A series of studies have shown that RvD1 can reduce pulmonary edema by inhibiting inflammatory cell infiltration,inhibiting the secretion of inflammatory factors,protecting the integrity of the alveolar-capillary membrane,enhancing the clearance of alveolar fluid,reducing pulmonary edema,inhibiting the over-activation of the NOD-like receptor,pyrin domain 3 containing(NLRP3)inflammasome pathway,and by affecting cells autophagy attenuates the inflammatory response in ALI.RvD1 can promote inflammatory cell apoptosis and macrophage phagocytosis of apoptotic inflammatory cells through various pathways to promote the resolution of inflammation and slow down ALI.
