急性冠脉综合征患者血清白介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶2、CD40配体的水平变化及临床意义

Changes and clinical significance of serum interleukin-6,matrix metalloproteinase 2 and CD40 ligand in patients with acute coronary syndrome

目的探究急性冠脉综合征患者血清白介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶2、CD40配体的水平变化及临床意义。方法选取2020年1月至10月厦门市第三医院心血管内科收治的50例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者作为STEMI组,50例非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征患者作为NST-ACS组,另同期选择50名健康体检者作为对照组。比较三组的血清白介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶2、CD40配体水平。结果STEMI组血清白介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶2、CD40配体的水平均高于NST-ACS组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测的阳性检出率高于其他单一指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.008)。结论对急性冠脉综合征患者血清白介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶2、CD40配体的水平变化进行检测,能够对患者病变程度进行评价,利于后续治疗的开展,值得研究和推广。

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum interleukin-6,matrix metalloproteinase 2 and CD40 ligand levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods A total of 50 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Xiamen Third Hospital from January to October 2020 were selected as the STEMI group,and 50 patients with acute non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome were selected as the NST-ACS group,another 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.The levels of serum interleukin-6,matrix metalloproteinase 2 and CD40 ligand were compared among the three groups.Results The levels of serum interleukin-6,matrix metalloproteinase 2 and CD40 ligand in STEMI group were higher than those in NST-ACS group and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of combined detection was higher than that of other single indicators,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.008).Conclusion The detection of serum interleukin-6,matrix metalloproteinase 2 and CD40 ligand levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome can evaluate the degree of lesions in patients and facilitate subsequent treatment.It is worthy of research and promotion.
