摘要
目的研究抑郁障碍伴混合特征患者认知功能受损特征。方法选取2021年4月至2022年6月就诊于赣州市第三人民医院门诊或住院部的33例未服药的抑郁障碍伴混合特征患者为研究组,另选择33名社会健康志愿者为对照组。两组人员入组后均进行评估中文版精神分裂症认知功能成套测验(MCCB)中7个认知领域的认知功能,并比较7个认知领域得分和总得分,比较两组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项(HAMD-24)和简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)得分。结果研究组的MCCB和MMSE得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的HAMD-24得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁障碍伴混合特征患者在认知功能方面有一定的受损,对其进行研究探索有助于提高对抑郁障碍伴混合特征患者的进一步认识。
Objective To study the characteristics of cognitive impairment in patients with depressive disorder and mixed characteristics.Methods From April 2021 to June 2022,a total of 33 unmedicated patients with depressive disorder and mixed characteristics who visited the outpatient or inpatient department of Ganzhou Third People's Hospital were selected as the study group,and another 33 social health volunteers were selected as the control group.After enrollment,both groups were evaluated for the cognitive function of 7 cognitive domains in the Chinese version of the MATRICS consensus cognitive battery(MCCB),and the scores of the seven cognitive domains and the total score were compared,and the Hamilton depresssion scale-24(HAMD-24)and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of MCCB and MMSE in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).HAMD-24 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with depressive disorder and mixed characteristics have certain impairments in cognitive function,and research and exploration of this can help improve the further understanding of patients with depressive disorder and mixed characteristics.
