右美托咪定在无痛胃镜中的应用效果

Application effect of Dexmedetomidine in painless gastroscopy

目的探究右美托咪定在无痛胃镜中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月上海市浦东新区周浦医院麻醉科收治的100例行无痛胃镜的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)与对照组(50例),观察组采用右美托咪定麻醉,对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组的检查时间、麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间、镇痛镇静效果不良事件发生率。结果观察组检查时间、麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组镇静镇痛优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定应用于无痛胃镜中,麻醉效果显著,且安全性高,值得研究和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Dexmedetomidine in painless gastroscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients with painless gastroscopy who were admitted to the Department of Anesthesiology,Zhoupu Hospital,Pudong New Area,Shanghai from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was anesthetized with Dexmedetomidine,and the control group was anesthetized with Propofol.The examination time,anesthesia induction time,recovery time,orientation recovery time,analgesic and sedative effect adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The inspection time,anesthesia induction time,recovery time and orientation recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of sedation and analgesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine used in painless gastroscopy has significant anesthesia effect and high safety,which is worthy of research and promotion.
