雷火灸联合耳穴埋豆在肝肾阴虚型失眠患者中的应用效果

Application effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with auricular point burying bean in insomnia patients with liver kidney yin deficiency

目的探讨雷火灸联合耳穴埋豆在肝肾阴虚型失眠患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月至2022年6月萍乡市中医院收治的60例肝肾阴虚型失眠患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予口服宁志胶囊治疗,观察组给予雷火灸联合耳穴埋豆治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、治疗总有效率及满意度。结果观察组治疗后的中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的中医证候改善指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的PSQI评分减少率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合耳穴埋豆治疗肝肾阴虚型失眠相对于西药治疗能更好的改善患者中医证候及睡眠质量,疗效显著,且能提高患者满意度,有很好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with ear point embedding beans in insomnia patients with liver kidney yin deficiency.Methods Sixty patients with insomnia caused by liver and kidney Yin deficiency treated in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ningzhi Capsules orally,and the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with ear point embedding beans.The traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores,treatment effectiveness and treatment satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement index of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction rate of PSQI score in observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with ear point embedding bean can better improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and sleep quality of patients with insomnia of liver kidney yin deficiency type compared with western medicine treatment,which has a significant effect,and can improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.It has a good clinical application value.
