新型防输液器脱落保护装置的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨新型防输液器脱落保护装置在静脉输液(血)治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至12月南昌市第一医院手术室100例建立静脉输液留置针且输液时间≥3 h的手术患者作为研究对象,使用计算机随机数法将其分为试验组(50例)与对照组(50例),试验组采用新型防输液器脱落保护装置固定输液器的方法,对照组采用传统手法固定输液器的方法。比较两组在输液过程中的输液器组装时间、输液器脱落率、二次穿刺率,以及护士的职业疲劳率。结果试验组的术中使用新型防输液器脱落保护装置固定输液(血)器在组装时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的术中输液器脱落率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的二次穿刺率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组操作护士的职业疲劳率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型防输液器脱落保护装置与传统输液器装置相比较,更适合临床输液(血)质量,提高手术围手术期患者输液安全。 Objective To investigate the application effect of a new type of protection device against shedding of infusion set in the treatment of intravenous transfusion(blood).Methods From June to December 2020,a total of 100 patients in the Operating Room,the First Hospital of Nanchang who had intravenous infusion infusion infusion for≥3 h were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)by computer random number method.The experimental group fixed infusion set with new anti-shedding protection device,while the control group fixed infusion set with traditional manipulation.The assembly time of infusion set,the shedding rate of infusion set,the rate of secondary puncture and the occupational fatigue rate of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The assembly time of infusion(blood)apparatus fixed by the new anti-infusion device in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The shedding rate of infusion set in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of secondary puncture of infusion(blood)apparatus fixed by the new anti-infusion device in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational fatigue rate of nurses in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional infusion device,the new anti-shedding device is more suitable for clinical infusion(blood)quality and improves the transfusion safety of perioperative patients.
