摘要
目的观察康艾注射液体外对乳腺癌MCF7细胞凋亡的影响。方法分别用0 mM、20 mM、40 mM康艾注射液处理MCF7细胞,48 h后,采用Annexin-V/PI法检测康艾注射液体外对乳腺癌MCF7细胞凋亡的影响,采用Western Blot法检测康艾注射液体外作用乳腺癌MCF7细胞后Caspase 3和PARP表达水平的变化。结果康艾注射液处理组细胞凋亡率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),cl-Caspase 3和cl-PARP表达水平明显升高(P<0.05),且随康艾注射液的使用剂量增加而明显升高。结论康艾注射液在体外有效促进乳腺癌MCF7细胞发生凋亡。
Objective To observe the effects of Kang’ai injection on apoptosis of breast cancer MCF7 cells in vitro.Methods MCF7 cells were treated with Kang’ai injection(0 mM,20 mM,40 mM)for 48 h.Annexin-V/PI was used to examine the apoptosis of MCF7 cells in vitro.Western Blot was used to detect the expression level of Caspase 3 and PARP.Results MCF7 cells treated with Kang’ai injection increased apoptosis rate compared with the control group(P<0.05).MCF7 cells treated with Kang’ai injection increased the expression of cl-Caspase 3 and cl-PARP(P<0.05).The phenomenon appears to be dose-dependent.Conclusion Kang’ai injection can promote apoptosis of breast cancer MCF7 cells in vitro.
