糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者血清中miR-19a表达水平及其与预后的关系

The Expression Level of MiR-19a in Diabetic Patients with Pancreatic Cancer and Its Relationship with Prognosis

目的探究糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者血清中miR-19a表达水平及其与预后的关系。方法选取胰腺癌患者60例,收集患者临床资料,RT-PCR检测miR-19a水平。选用自动生化分析仪对胰腺癌患者甘油三酯、总胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖以及血糖控制情况进行检测,分析比较miR-19a在胰腺癌是否合并糖尿病患者中的表达及其对糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者预后的影响。结果糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者miR-19a表达水平、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖明显高于非糖尿病合并胰腺癌(P<0.05)。糖尿病合并胰腺癌死亡组miR-19a表达水平、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白明显高于生存组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者血清中miR-19a表达水平较高,对糖尿病合并胰腺癌的预后预测具有重要临床意义。

Objective To investigate the expression level of miR-19a in serum of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pancreatic cancer and its relationship with prognosis.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with pancreatic cancer were collected and the level of miR-19a was detected by RT-PCR.Automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect triglyceride,total cholesterol,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and blood glucose control in patients with pancreatic cancer,and to analyze and compare the expression of miR-19a in patients with pancreatic cancer and diabetes and its influence on the prognosis of patients with diabetes and pancreatic cancer.Results The expression level of miR-19a,total cholesterol,triglyceride,glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in diabetic patients with pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those in non-diabetic patients with pancreatic cancer(P<0.05).The expression level of miR-19a,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride and HBA1c in diabetic patients with pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those in survival group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of miR-19a in serum of diabetic patients with pancreatic cancer is high,which has important clinical significance for prognosis prediction of diabetic patients with pancreatic cancer.
