Objective To investigate the expression of ADM,TfR1 and VEGF in osteosarcoma tissues and their prognostic value. Methods A total of 60 patients with osteosarcoma were collected. All the patients agreed to be treated with surgery. To observe the expression of ADM,TfR1 and VEGF in osteosarcoma tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters, and to observe the correlation between patient prognosis and the expression of ADM,TfR1 and VEGF.Results The expressions of ADM,TfR1 and VEGF in cancer tissues(78.33%,73.33%,76.67%)were significantly higher than those in para-cancer tissues, with statistical significance(χ^(2)=48.348,34.286,51.400,all P<0.05).The expression of ADM,TfR1 and VEGF in osteosarcoma tissues was correlated with tissue differentiation, metastasis and Enneking stage(P<0.05),but not with gender or tumor size(P>0.05).The 2-year cumulative survival rate in ADM,TfR1 and VEGF medium-high expression group was significantly lower than that in low-expression group(P<0.05).The protein expression of ADM was positively correlated with the protein expression of TfR1 and VEGF(γ=0.621,γ=0.553,both P<0.05),and the protein expression of TfR1 was positively correlated with the protein expression of VEGF(γ=0.671,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of ADM,TfR1 and VEGF in osteosarcoma tissues is high, and it is related to the prognosis of osteosarcoma patients.
