运中调神法穴位埋线治疗暴食症的临证经验

Clinical Experience of Yunzhong Tiaoshen Method of Catgut Implantation at Acupoint for Treatment of Binge Eating Disorder

暴食症一种常见的进食障碍,目前的心理疗法和药物治疗中存在着副作用多、复发率高、长期愈后较低等问题。穴位埋线为针灸“留针”“皮内针”等疗法的发展,有延长和增强针刺效应的特点,文章总结了张彩荣主任治疗暴食症的临床经验,张彩荣主任认为暴食症主要病机为脾不健运、脑神失调,治疗应以运中健脾、调神畅志为治则,选取足太阴脾经腧穴、足阳明胃经腧穴、头部腧穴及背腧穴等进行治疗,在临床中取得较为满意的疗效,这将为临床治疗暴食症提供新的思路和有效方法。

Binge eating disorder is a kind of common eating disorder.There are many side effects,high recurrence rate and low long-term recovery in current psychotherapy and drug therapy.Catgut implantation at acupoint is the development of acupuncture therapy such as“retention needle”and“intradermal acupuncture”,which has the characteristics of prolonging and enhancing the effect of acupuncture.This article summarizes Zhang Cairong director’s clinical experience in the treatment of binge eating disorder.Zhang Cairong director believes that the main pathogenesis of binge eating disorder is poor movement of spleen and disorder of brain and mind,and the treatment should be based on invigorating spleen and regulating brain and mind.The acupoints of the Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin and the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,the head acupoints and the back-shu acupoints are selected for treatment,and satisfactory results are obtained in clinic,which will provide new ideas and effective methods for clinical treatment of binge eating disorder.
