文章以小儿汗证、胖人汗证、围绝经期汗证、年老体虚汗证为例总结了张进军教授治疗汗证经验。其认为汗证病位虽在心,但致因在肝,故可从肝心通养论治汗证,强调从肝养心,通养结合,运用柔肝,疏肝,调肝,泻肝等法而达通心、养心之用。

Taking children’s sweat syndrome,fat people’s sweat syndrome,perimenopausal sweat syndrome and old body deficiency sweat syndrome as examples,this paper summarizes Professor Zhang Jinjun’s experience in the treatment of sweat syndrome.Professor Zhang believes that although the disease location of sweat syndrome is in the heart,the cause is in the liver,so we can treat sweat syndrome from the theory of liver and heart dredging and nourishing,emphasizing the combination of liver and heart nourishing,and using the methods of softening the liver,soothing the liver,regulating the liver and purging the liver to achieve the purpose of dredging the heart and nourishing the heart.
