孟河医派马培之治疗跌打损伤用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Rule of Meng He Medical School Ma Peizhi in Treating Injuries from Folls

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)分析孟河医派马培之治疗跌打损伤的用药规律,总结临床经验。方法:收集整理《孟河四家医集》中马培之治疗跌打损伤的有效处方,将所有数据进行标准化处理,运用中医传承辅助软件挖掘其用药规律。结果:筛选出马培之治疗跌打损伤的处方50首,涉及中药158味,其中使用频次最高的为当归,性味以辛苦温为主,归经以肝脾心经为主,常用药对为乳香、没药,演化出3个有意义的新处方,当归、牛膝、丹参、延胡索、五加皮;延胡索、三七、桃仁、郁金;乳香,没药、朱砂、自然铜、红花、麝香。结论:马培之治疗跌打损伤疾患时注重“气血同调,补益肝脾”。

Objective Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(V2.5),this paper analyzes the medication rules of Menghe Medical School MA Peizhi in the treatment of patients with fall injury and explores clinical experience.Methods The medical records of fall injury patients treated by Menghe Medical School MA Peizhi in the collection of Four Doctors of Meng He were standardized.Using the traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance assistant platform analyzed its medication rules.Results There are 50 prescriptions of MA Peizhi in the treatment of patients with fall injury collected,totaling 158 Chinese herbs.Among them,the Chinese herbal medicines with highest prescription frequency was Chinese angelica.The results showed that they mainly tastes warm,bitter and pungent and mainly meridians to liver,spleen and heart meridian.Commonly used couplet medicines are frankincense and myrrh.Three meaningful new prescriptions were evolved,including Angelica sinensis,Achyranthes bidentata,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Corydalis yanhusuo,Acanthopanax senticosus bark;Panax notoginseng,peach kernel,turmeric;Frankincense,myrrh,cinnabar,natural copper,safflower,musk.Conclusion MA Peizhi pays attention to‘Qi and blood are in harmony,tonifying the liver and spleen’in the treatment of fall injury.
