以进化论医学原理为指导的膳食营养行为干预在小儿厌食症中的应用效果

Application Effect of Dietary Nutrition Behavioral Intervention Guided by Evolutionary Medical Principles in Children with Anorexia

目的探讨以进化论医学原理为指导的膳食营养行为干预对小儿厌食症的干预效果。方法选取南阳市第一人民医院2020年3月至2021年10月收治的123例厌食症患儿进行研究,以入院顺序分组,对照组(61例)接受常规膳食营养干预,观察组(62例)接受进化论医学原理为指导的膳食营养行为干预。比较两组干预效果、康复进程、饮食依从性、家属干预满意度。结果观察组干预优良率[91.94%(57/62)]高于对照组[78.69%(48/61)](P<0.05);观察组食欲食量恢复时间、体质量开始增长时间、面色好转时间、痊愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不抗拒进食、不挑食、按照要求进食、可自主进食评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属干预满意度[96.77%(60/62)]高于对照组[85.25%(52/61)](P<0.05)。结论厌食症患儿接受以进化论医学原理为指导的膳食营养行为干预,不仅能增强干预效果,缩短其康复时间,且能提升患儿饮食依从性,改善家属满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of dietary nutrition behavioral intervention guided by evolutionary medical principles on children with anorexia.Methods A total of 123 children with anorexia in Nanyang First People’s Hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected for research and grouped according to the order of admission.A total of 61 cases in the control group were given routine dietary nutrition intervention,and 62 cases in the observation group were given dietary nutrition behavior guided by evolutionary medical principles intervention.The excellent and good rate of intervention effect,rehabilitation process,dietary compliance and family members’satisfaction with intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of intervention in the observation group[91.94%(57/62)]was higher than that in the control group[78.69%(48/61)](P<0.05).The recovery time of appetite and food intake,the time for weight gain,the time for complexion to improve and the time for recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of not resisting eating,not picky eating,eating according to requirements and being able to eat independently in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The family members’satisfaction with intervention in the observation group[96.77%(60/62)]was higher than that in the control group[85.25%(52/61)](P<0.05).Conclusion The dietary nutrition behavioral intervention guided by the principles of evolutionary medicine in children with anorexia can not only enhance the intervention effect,shorten the rehabilitation time,but also improve the children’s dietary compliance and improve the satisfaction of their families.
