消痞汤治疗脾虚湿蕴证胸痞病的疗效观察

The effect of the Xiaopi decoction on chest ruffian disease with pleendeficiency dampness accumulation syndrome

目的:在脾虚湿蕴证胸痞病的治疗中应用消痞汤对患者进行干预,探究使用消痞汤治疗脾虚湿蕴证胸痞病的具体临床疗效,及其对患者血清相关指标水平以及各症状消失时间的影响。方法:选取深圳市中医院2019年8月-2020年10月接收的脾虚湿蕴证胸痞病患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和试验组(60例)。对照组接受雷贝拉唑联合多潘立酮片治疗,试验组在实施雷贝拉唑联合多潘立酮片治疗的基础上应用消痞汤治疗,比较两种不同的治疗方式对患者治疗效果、血清相关指标水平及各症状消失时间情况的影响。结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清P物质(Substance-P,SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide,CGRP)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)水平比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者血清SP、CGRP、5-HT水平均有所降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组胸骨后满闷、反酸、嗳气消失时间均早于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消痞汤对脾虚湿蕴证胸痞病的临床治疗效果显著,可有效提高患者自身的免疫功能,使患者的血清相关指标水平维持在正常范围内,具备较高的安全性,今后在临床中应多加推广应用,以提高治疗效果。

Objective:The Xiaopi decoction(消痞汤)was applied to treat chest ruffian diseases with pleen-deficiency dampness accumulation syndrome,and the specific clinical efficacy of the Xiaopi decoction in the treatment of chest ruffian diseases with pleen-deficiency dampness accumulation syndrome and its effect on the level of serum related indicators and the disappearance time of each symptom were explored.Methods:A total of 120 cases admitted to Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table method.The control group received rabeprazole plus domperidone tablets and the test group received the Xiaopi decoction plus rabeprazole and domperidone tablets.The effects of the two different treatment methods,serum related indexes and the disappearance time of each symptom were compared.Results:The effective rate in the test group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum concentrations of SP,CGRP and 5-HT between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of SP,CGRP and 5-HT in the two groups were decreased,and in the test group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of retrosternal fullness,acid regurgation and belching in the test group were earlier than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaopi decoction has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux and chest ruffian disease patients with pleen-deficiency dampness accumulation syndrome.It can effectively improve the autoimmune function of patients,maintain the level of serum related indicators of patients within the normal range,with high safety,and should be popularized and applied in clinical practice in the future,so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
