苍耳子鼻炎滴丸致药物性皮疹1例

One case of drug eruption induced by Cangerzi Biyan Diwan

随着苍耳子鼻炎滴丸的广泛应用,其临床不良反应随之增加。文章报道1例服用苍耳子鼻炎滴丸后出现小儿药物性皮疹的病例,对苍耳子鼻炎滴丸的成分进行深入分析,并对其与药物性皮疹的相关性、药物性皮疹发生的原因及预防措施进行探讨,发现药物性皮疹与苍耳子鼻炎滴丸的应用有密切关联。故临床在应用苍耳子鼻炎滴丸之前应仔细询问患者的过敏史,应用期间特别关注患者用药后的情况,做好药物不良反应监测。建议相关厂家完善药品说明书中关于不良反应的内容,增加警示作用,从而促进临床合理用药。

With the wide application of Cangerzi Biyan Diwan(苍耳子鼻炎滴丸),its clinical adverse reactions rate has been increasing.One case of pediatric drug eruption after taking Cangerzi Biyan Diwan was reported in this paper.The components of Cangerzi Biyan Diwan were analyzed in depth.Its correlation with drug eruption,and the cause and preventive measures of drug eruption were discussed,and it was found that drug eruption was closely related to the application of Cangerzi Biyan Diwan.Therefore,before the clinical application of Cangerzi Biyan Diwan,the patients’allergy history should be carefully inquired,and during the application period,special attention should be paid to the patients’condition after medication,and adverse drug reaction monitoring should be done well.It is suggested that relevant manufacturers ameliorate the content of adverse reactions in drug inserts,so as to increase the warning effect,thereby promoting its rational medication.
