探讨血塞通、川芎嗪联合灯盏花3种中成药注射剂治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Xuesaitong,ligustrazine and breviscapine injections in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的:对3种药物(血塞通、川芎嗪与灯盏花)联合在急性脑梗死疾病治疗中的临床效果加以探析。方法:将日照市人民医院于2019年7月-2020年6月所收治的90例急性脑梗死患者作为观察主体,并按随机数字表法分成两组,即甲组与乙组,每组各有45例。前者予以血塞通治疗,后者予以血塞通+川芎嗪+灯盏花注射剂治疗。对上述两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后的神经功能、日常生活情况进行观察与比较。结果:乙组治疗后的总有效率高于甲组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)、日常生活能力量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL)评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后的NIHSS、ADL评分均有所改善,与治疗前的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),乙组的NIHSS评分低于甲组,但ADL评分高于甲组,两组间数据的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性脑梗死患者予以血塞通、川芎嗪与灯盏花注射剂联合治疗,与单一药物治疗相比效果甚佳,不仅可以改善患者的神经功能,还能提高患者的日常生活能力,具备临床推广价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of three drugs[Xuesaitong(血塞通),ligustrazine and erigeron breviscapus]in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in People’s Hospital of Rizhao from July 2019 to June 2020 were taken as observation subjects,and they were divided into two groups,namely group A and group B,with 45 cases in each group.The former was treated with Xuesaitong,while the latter was treated with Xuesaitong plus ligustrazine and erigeron breviscapus injection.The clinical therapeutic effect,neurological function and daily life in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate in group B was higher than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of NIHSS and ADL in the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05),but after treatment,the scores of NIHSS and ADL in the two groups were ameliorated,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score in group B was lower than that in group A,but the ADL score was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Xuesaitong,ligustrazine and erigeron breviscapus injection has a better effect on patients with acute cerebral infarction compared with single drug,the former can not only improve the neurological function of patients,but also enhance their daily living ability,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
