输油气管道电气智能化站场集中监控诊断系统关键技术标准研究

Research on Key Technical Standards of Centralized Monitoring and Diagnosis System for Electrical Intelligent Station and Yard of Oil and Gas Pipelines

文章基于输油气管道行业电气监控诊断系统智能化技术标准化的需求分析,在借鉴国家电网公司智慧化变电站建设成功经验的基础上,提出了用于输油气站场电气智能化诊断系统的关键技术标准和建设规范,期望对输油气管道行业的电气监控诊断系统智能化建设工作提供有益参考。

Based on the demand analysis of the intelligent technology standardization of electrical monitoring and diagnosis system in the oil and gas pipeline industry,and on the basis of the successful experience of the State Grid Corporation of State Grid Corporation in the construction of intelligent substations,this paper puts forward the key points of the electrical intelligent diagnosis system for oil and gas transmission stations.Technical standards and construction specifications are expected to provide useful reference for the intelligent construction of electrical monitoring and diagnosis systems in the oil and gas pipeline industry.
