摘要
核电站一般位于沿海地区,距离城市供电变电站相对较远,供电线路较长,而核电项目施工周期长,施工电源大部分时间负荷较小,导致大量无功返送,企业需缴纳大量的无功治理费用,一方面对电网供电质量造成不良影响,另一方面给企业造成较大经济损失。文中通过研究国内核电站施工电源无功返送案例,剖析无功返送问题的成因,并提出相应的治理措施。研究结果表明,通过在施工变加装SVG装置,可以有效解决核电站施工电源无功返送问题。文章研究成果可为后续同类型项目提供参考,从设计阶段规避无功返送问题,减少企业损失。
Nuclear power stations are generally located in coastal areas,which are relatively far away from urban power supply substations and have long power supply lines.However,nuclear power projects have a long construction cycle and the load of construction power supply is small for most of the time,resulting in a large number of reactive power return.Enterprises need to pay a large amount of reactive power management fees,which on the one hand has a negative impact on the power supply quality of the power grid,and on the other hand has caused great economic losses to enterprises.This paper analyzes the causes of the problem of reactive power return by studying the cases of reactive power return in domestic nuclear power plant construction power supply,and puts forward the corresponding treatment measures.The research results show that the reactive power return problem of nuclear power plant construction power supply can be effectively solved by installing SVG device in the construction transformer.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the follow-up projects of the same type,avoid the problem of reactive power return from the design stage,and reduce the losses of enterprises.
